How Does an In-House Dental Membership Plan Work?
It's super simple! You just pay the annual membership fee and instantly receive access. You’ll enjoy cleanings, exams, X-rays, and fluoride at no additional charge twice a year, plus a sizeable discount on other treatments completed at our office. Time to cut out the middleman and get the dentistry you deserve!
Membership Options
Children (0-12)
- 2 professional cleanings
- 2 dental exams
- 2 fluoride applications (if desired)
- Routine X-rays
- 10% off other procedures completed at our practice
Adults (13+ yrs old)
- 2 professional cleanings
- 2 dental exams
- 2 fluoride applications (if desired)
- Routine X-rays
- 10% off other procedures completed at our practice
Adults with Periodontal Needs
- 4 periodontal maintenance visits
- 2 dental exams
- 2 fluoride applications (if desired)
- Routine X-rays
- 10% off other procedures completed at our practice
*After a scaling and root planing treatment is completed, we recommend periodontal maintenance cleanings every 3 months.
Terms & Limitations
- This is a dental discount plan and is NOT dental insurance. It cannot be combined with any other dental insurance.
- The effective date of this plan is the day you sign the agreement, and the renewal date is 1 year after the agreement date.
- Exams, X-rays, cleanings, and fluoride must be performed within the year of enrollment and cannot be carried over to the next year.
- Payment is due at the time of service for any work not 100% covered by this plan.
- This plan is only accepted at Keep Smiling Waco. Therefore, if you are referred to a specialist, they will NOT offer these discounts.
- Should there be dental treatment needed following any type of injury where a lawsuit, and therefore outside medical care, disability, or workers comp type insurance are involved, this discount plan cannot be used.
- This plan is non-transferable. Family members cannot be substitutes for another family member.
- This plan is non-refundable. No refunds are given if the patient chooses not to use their dental plan after the first 30 days following enrollment.
- Products are not included.
- A fee (based on the length of appointment) may be incurred for each broken appointment without 2 business days’ notice.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
